Welcome to our 2012 catalog. We are now in our 37th year of publishing creative and stimulating therapy materials for professionals who work with individuals with communicative disorders and their families.
Janelle Publications was founded in 1974. Our first publication was the Structured Photographic Expressive Language Test (SPELT). The test format was highly innovative in its use of photographic stimuli and an evoked, spontaneous procedure. Today, the third edition of the SPELT (SPELT-3) and the second addition of the SPELT Preschool (SPELT P-2) continue to serve as powerful tools in helping clinicians to differentiate between children with normal language and those with impaired language. Additionally, our famous therapy dog, Dudsberry, became part of the JP team in 1988 and is featured in our best selling articulation/phonolgy test, SPAT D-II and other therapy materials.
